Too big to care?

Sometimes it doesn’t matter what is does or how it does it, they’re not interested. You’d think after you’ve flown a few thousand miles and shown them something that answers all their needs and is lightyears ahead of anything they’re doing now it would be a classic ‘no brainer’, but not always. I’m still not sure why either? Is it because the so-called specialist will be out of a job if there’s s solution that does a lot more than he can manage or will take years trying? Is it because it’s not their business so why bother, they’ll still get paid the same whatever happens and doing anything is work they might otherwise avoid? Is it because they just don’t get it? Do they have a hidden agenda that’s nothing to do with what’s best, another cosy relationship already setup that makes more sense to them for one reason or another?

Well, I think there’s only one solution. Move on. If it’s right in front of their eyes and they still can’t see it, it’s time to move on because there are many more fish in the sea who certainly will. Don’t even waste time trying to figure it out because you simply never will. Tell their slightly smaller competitors, they’ll not be bloated and apathetic and ready to jump all over the opportunities your new technology can offer them. And so it proves...
